I’m a French-Australian philosopher, editor, and facilitator.

In my practice, I help people find greater personal and professional clarity as they engage with the complex challenges of the 21st century.

In my writing, I like exploring inherited traditions to train more mature ways of living, and share attempts at integrating them in our fast-evolving world.

2025 - a year exploring cardinal virtues

In 2017, I spend a year exploring the four cardinal virtues from the Greek, Stoic and Catholic traditions, and shared a weekly post about my experience on my personal blog. This led to further explorations of the seven deadly sins, as well as Confucian and Buddhist virtues.

In 2025, I decided to return to my European roots, and will share another year of exploring cardinal virtues – on my blog, and on this Substack channel.
